1. Gather
Resin incense (frankincense, myrrh, copal, etc.)
Charcoal disk
Heat-safe incense burner
Tongs
Lighter or matches
Sand/ash (optional)
2. Prepare
Add a thin layer of sand/ash to burner (optional).
3. Light Charcoal
Hold with tongs, light until sparking.
Wait 5–10 min until glowing & ashed.
4. Place in Burner
Transfer hot charcoal to burner with tongs.
5. Add Resin
Sprinkle resin on top—smoke will begin.
6. Enjoy
Keep in safe, ventilated spot.
